Updated the ODP user interface (UI) with new navigation so that relevant pages are grouped intuitively by function, making it easier for you to access the tools, insights, and information that matter most.

Customers – Groups all your customer data in one place: Standard Segments, Real-Time Segments, Profiles, and Lists.

Reports – All reporting tools are now grouped together, with easy access to Custom Reports, Attribution Reports, Funnels, Lifecycle Reports, and more.

Activations – Find campaign tools like Campaign Overview and Performance pages all in one spot.

Data Setup – A new section for managing integrations and data setup, including the App Directory, Integrations, Objects & Fields, Filters, Behaviors, and Product Directory.

- Added the ability to sync ODP customer data to Braze campaigns or canvases. Previously, you could only sync customer data to the Braze customer profiles.
October
- Added an integration with Salesforce Data Cloud that lets you sync Salesforce Data Cloud audiences to ODP as real-time segments that you can then use in Optimizely Experimentation or CMS 11 and 12.
- Added an integration with TikTok that lets you sync customer email addresses or phone numbers from ODP to TikTok for more relevant ad targeting.
- Added an integration with Braze that lets you sync customer segments and events between Braze and ODP.
August
- Added the ability to manage the visibility of personally identifiable information (PII) in ODP.
July
- Added an integration with Demandbase that uses site visitor IP addresses to identify the companies that visitors on your site belong to, including information like company size, revenue, and so on.

- Added an integration with Adobe Ads that lets you sync customer data from ODP to your Adobe Ads account for more precise ad targeting.
- Added an integration with HubSpot that lets you sync contact data and email events from HubSpot to ODP and sync segments and customer data from ODP to HubSpot.
- Added the ability to enable the 6sense Company ID API in ODP's 6sense integration, which uses visitor IP addresses to identify the companies that visitors on your site belong to, including information like company size, revenue, and so on.
May
- Added support for campaign email receivers to unsubscribe to marketing emails in one click using the email header metadata. As of May 31, 2024, all ODP accounts have been updated to comply with Gmail and Yahoo's marketing email sender requirements. This requirement does not impact transactional email campaigns.
- Added ODP reporting dashboards for all ODP accounts.
- Added an integration with Mixpanel that lets you import your Mixpanel audiences to ODP as real-time segments for use in Experimentation or CMS Visitor Groups.
April
- Added an integration with Marketo that lets you sync your Marketo lead record data, email activities, form submissions, and program member statuses to ODP.
- Added the ability to use relative dates for event conditions in real-time segments.
- Added an integration with Tealium that lets you import your Tealium AudienceStream audiences to ODP as real-time segments for use in Experimentation or CMS Visitor Groups.
- Added an integration with 6sense that lets you sync your customer data from 6sense to ODP to enrich your customer profiles, reports, and segmentation.
February
- Added Optimizely Opal to the customer profile, which you can use to generate a summary of a customer's event history. See Generate an event summary using Opal.
January
- Added real-time segment membership to the customer profile. See Manage customer profiles.
- Added the Amplitude Audience Sync app, which lets you sync your Amplitude behavioral cohorts into ODP as real-time segments. You can then use your ODP real-time segments in other Optimizely products, including Optimizely Web Experimentation, Optimizely Feature Experimentation, and Optimizely Content Management System. - Added the LinkedIn Lead Gen app, which lets you sync your LinkedIn Lead Gen Form data to ODP to manage leads using ODP segmentation and activations. See Integrate LinkedIn Lead Gen.
