Optimizely Opal's Real-Time Audience Inspection agent answers expert questions about an Optimizely Data Platform (ODP) real-time audience, its purpose, how it overlaps with other audiences to achieve your stated goal, and other general troubleshooting queries.

Required Optimizely products

An Optimizely Data Platform (ODP) instance that is
- Has Real-Time Audiences enabled.
- Selected in the Opal Chat Set Product Instance drop-down list.
Install agent
In Opal,
- Go to Agents > Agent Directory.
- Select Real-Time Audience Inspection.

Click Install Agent to add it to your Opal instance.
If Install Agent is disabled, ensure you have the Required Optimizely products connected to your Opal instance.
Use
In Opal Chat, enter @odp_rts_audience_inspection and provide the following details:
- A query about your real time audiences.
To use the Real-Time Audience Inspection agent in a workflow agent, drag and drop it into your workflow. See the Configure workflow section in the Create a workflow agent documentation.
