Description
When Liquid code is used in email campaigns, it will create dynamic content for the recipient. However, when dynamic content driven by Liquid code is not showing as expected, it often points to an issue with how the custom liquid code was implemented.
Steps
Currently, troubleshooting custom Liquid code is outside the scope of what Application Support can provide.
We have many articles of documentation available that cover Liquid code. If this is not sufficient to your use case, we suggest getting in contact with your Customer Success Manager to discuss options regarding an engagement with services if you do not already have a developer resource with Liquid experience on hand. If you do not know who your specific Customer Success Manager is you can reach out via the email of customersuccess@optimizely.com.
