HTTP Error 500.19 when using Redirects.config

After uncommenting the web.config file to use Configs\Redirects.config, the website responded with HTTP Error 500.19 error.

500_error.jpgRoot cause: URL Rewrite Module was not installed in IIS. Install it and website is fine.
