We recently had a customer complain that they were unable to consistently scan barcodes on the CSCO mobile app, particularly when using an iPad. They were using an iPad 9th gen, iOS 17.6.1, CSCO app 4.0.3, we have replicated this issue using 6th gen, iOS 17.4.1 CSCO app 4.0.3. Users frequently get the wrong barcode or 'product unavailable' but these barcodes work when using a barcode scanner so we do not believe it is an issue with our barcodes. Is there a minimum font size supported by the app? We are using Code 39 which should be large enough. Additionally, when the device is rotated to landscape mode the viewfinder goes black, which is very bad.
