Site navigation

    3. After you log in, scroll down and click the Opal Agent Usage dashboard for Optimizely Opal, or select Opal from the Product drop-down list.

View Opal agent usage

The Opal Agent Usage dashboard displays a table that lists the agent IDs (@names) in your product instances and the total number of credits each agent consumed. The Agents > Setup > Details section in your Opal instance displays the agent ID.

By default, the Opal Agent Usage table displays the total credits agents consumed in the last seven days. You can search by agent ID to view their individual credit consumption. This lets you monitor and compare credit usage across agents and plan your Opal credits usage accordingly. The table also displays the Opal Agent, the primary agent for chat and feature interaction.
