Cart History and Order History overview

The Admin Console in Optimizely Configured Commerce provides quick links to Cart History and Order History under Sales.

Cart History

Cart History manages orders before their submission to the ERP. Although Cart History and Order History are similar, Cart History lets Admin Console users edit more order data. You can edit the Shipping Details, Billing Address, Shipping Address, and some Order Details on an unsubmitted order. Console users can revert an unsubmitted order into a Saved Order.

Order History

Order History lets Admin Console users review and manage orders placed on the storefront. Click the View icon for an order to see the Status, Order Details, User Details, Order Lines, Billing Address, and Shipping Address.

Click the Question icon on an Order or Cart page to view additional information. A modal displays the following details for the selected order or cart:

  • Created By
  • Created On
  • Modified By
  • Modified On
  • ID
