For audit purposes, there is a five point data set that is kept for each record saved to the system: Created On, Created By, Modified On, Modified By, and ID. You can access this information in the Admin Console by going to the record in question and clicking Information.
For example, use the following steps to determine when an admin created or last modified a user:
- Go to Administration > Users > Website Users in the Admin Console.
- Click Edit for the user you want to review.
- Click Information next to the Username in the Primary toolbar.
