ZoomInfo remote MCP connector

The ZoomInfo Remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector in Optimizely Opal brings B2B company profiles, professional contact data, and intent signals directly into Opal. Use it to search for target accounts, enrich contact records, and research competitors without leaving Opal.

Get started

First, an Opal administrator must add ZoomInfo Remote MCP to Opal. After adding the MCP server, individual Opal users and agent builders can log in to ZoomInfo to access their ZoomInfo information from Opal. Administrators only need to add the ZoomInfo Remote MCP once.

Add ZoomInfo Remote MCP to Opal

As an Opal Administrator, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Tools > Connectors in Opal.
  2. (Optional) Use the search text field to filter the options.

  3. Click Connect for ZoomInfo.

  4. Click Connect to ZoomInfo.

  5. Complete the required access configuration in the pop-up window.
  6. Select which tools Opal can use.
  7. Click Next.

The ZoomInfo tile is now available on the Connectors tab for users to authenticate with their personal ZoomInfo accounts.

Authenticate with ZoomInfo

After an administrator adds ZoomInfo Remote MCP to Opal, log in from Opal to access your ZoomInfo information. User-level authentication ensures individual users and agent builders can access only the data they are permitted to access in ZoomInfo. Each person's access reflects their ZoomInfo permissions.

To authenticate in Opal:

  1. Go to Tools > Connectors.
  2. (Optional) Use the search text field to filter the options.
  3. Click Connect for ZoomInfo.
  4. Log in to ZoomInfo.

After you log in to ZoomInfo, the ZoomInfo connector tools are available in Opal Chat, agents, and workflows.

If you see Contact admin instead of Connect, contact your Opal Administrator to Add ZoomInfo Remote MCP to Opal.
