HubSpot remote MCP connector

The HubSpot remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector in Optimizely Opal brings HubSpot CRM data, marketing content, and campaign analytics into Opal. Use Opal Chat, agents, and workflows to search contacts, companies, deals, and tickets, manage CRM records, and retrieve campaign performance metrics.

First, an Opal administrator must add HubSpot Remote MCP to Opal. After adding the MCP server, individual Opal users and agent builders can log in to HubSpot to access their information from Opal. Administrators only need to add the HubSpot Remote MCP once.

Get started

First, add HubSpot Remote MCP to Opal. After adding the connector and tools to Opal, users and agent builders can optionally log in to HubSpot to access their personal HubSpot information from Opal.

Add HubSpot Remote MCP to Opal

1. Go to Tools > Connectors in Opal.
2. (Optional) Use the search text field to filter the options.
3. Click Connect for HubSpot.

4. Click Connect to HubSpot.

   

5. Complete the required access configuration in the pop-up window.
6. Select which tools Opal can use.
7. Click Next.

The HubSpot tile is available on the Connectors tab. Users authenticate with their personal accounts.

Authenticate with HubSpot

After an administrator adds HubSpot Remote MCP to Opal, log in to access your information. User-level authentication ensures individual users and agent builders can only access data their HubSpot permissions allow. Each person's access reflects their HubSpot permissions.

To authenticate:

1. Go to Tools > Connectors.
2. (Optional) Use the search text field to filter the options.
3. Click Connect for HubSpot.
4. Log in to HubSpot.

After you log in to HubSpot, the HubSpot connector tools are available in Opal Chat, agents, and workflows.
