What is the purpose of the B2B Commerce Analytics Search Events dashboard?

Search Events looks at detailed searches conducted on your website and shows the most popular recently used terms. This dashboard also shows the number of times an item is searched and search result counts which includes zero results. It also identifies searches that have been autocorrected and allows for a view of the original search along with the autocorrected returns.

The Total Search Sessions, within the Search Events dashboard, returns all results from the website platform. The purpose of this event is to highlight items that have high search returns. The returns will include searches outside of B2B Analytics.
