While running a sync, the error, PublicKeyToken = ' ' is not marked as serializable, is received.

Corrupted/invalid eSync certificates, or server clocks are not within 5 minutes of each other (or not in the same time zone).

To resolve the error:

Regenerate certificates and swap

Create eSync certificates from scratch.

Check server clocks and time zones to ensure accuracy
