Esync setup error message

When setting up Esync, you receive the error "specified network password is not correct."

The Application Identity Pool in IIS is not using the Network Service.

  1. Open IIS.
  2. Navigate to Application Pools.
  3. Click on the default website.
  4. Click Advanced Settings on the right side of the page.
  5. Scroll down to Process Model.
  6. Next to Identity, choose NetworkService.
  7. Click OK
