[NOTICE] Hotfix submission deadline

Optimizely has set a deadline for hotfix submissions to ensure that the team has adequate time to finish the upcoming release. Optimizely only accepts hotfixes for the current release until 1 week prior to the upcoming release, known as code lock day. You can remember code lock day as the second Thursday of each month. After code lock day, Optimizely focuses on the upcoming release to make it available on time and without issues for customers.
