Effective April 16, 2026, DB Backups will be self-service only.
In an effort to increase security practices around handling of customer data, Optimizely will no longer fulfill support requests for retrieving DB backups starting on April 16th, 2026.
Starting on April 16th, Customers and partners will be expected to retrieve DB backups directly from Mission Control for their CFG environments. See Database Backup.
Implementation partners that require customer-specific DB backups should confirm that they have Mission Control access to the correct customer environments. See Mission Control access.
