Optimizely is upgrading the database that supports Product Information Management (PIM) on Wednesday, September 9 from 5 p.m.-11 p.m. Central Time (22:00-04:00 UTC).
The upgrade moves PIM to a newer version of PostgreSQL, which keeps the service on a supported platform and improves query performance. The maintenance window is six hours, but the expected downtime is 30-60 minutes. PIM is unavailable during the downtime. You cannot sign in to PIM or work with your product data until the upgrade finishes.
No action is required from you, and your product data is unaffected.
