Groups

Groups are collections of users. A user can belong to multiple groups. Groups are hierarchical, meaning a group can belong to another group. Groups simplify sharing objects in the system. For example, all users in the Design group can access a particular dashboard. Groups can also be assigned roles.

Every organization includes an implicit All Users group containing all users in the system. This group cannot be deleted.

Create a group

  1. Go to Settings > Users & Groups > Groups.
  2. Click Add new Group.
