[NOTICE] Sandbox deployments - February 11

As a part of the improvement to our infrastructure, Optimizely regularly updates the underlying OS for the servers our application is hosted on. Sandbox environments deployed over the past two weeks have been receiving updates to Windows Server 2022. On Tuesday, February 11, 2025, during U.S. business hours, Optimizely will deploy all Sandbox instances that have not been deployed since this cutover with Windows Server 2022. As with all deploys, there is no expected downtime with these deploys.

Starting on February 17, 2025, after we have confirmed no issues with sandbox sites, new production deploys will begin using the Windows Server 2022 image. Approximately one week later, Optimizely will manually deploy sites that have not yet received the update with this image. Exact times will be provided closer to this cutover.
