Sync relationship not created with backup restore sync

Description

If a sync relationship is created using the backup restore method and the direction is set to download, the sync relationship will not be created. You may also see a no status information message.

No status information is available for the selected profile

Resolution

Set the sync direction to upload when you first create the relationship. After the initial sync completes you can create download sync profiles if needed.
