In some cases when sync queuing is turned on, the following message can occur when attempting a sync.
No status information is available for the selected profile
Resolution
Note: eSync Queuing became available in 9.0
Do the following on both the sending and receiving servers.
- Stop the Ektron Windows Service.

If you want sync queuing enabled, open the following 2 files and change value of EnableSyncQueue to true. Otherwise change it to false.

More documentation on eSync Queue - Delete the contents of the following folders on both sides. Note that the next sync will likely take longer.

~\ektsyncstatus - Restart the Ektron Windows Service.
