Sync Queuing Issue - No status information is available for the selected profile

In some cases when sync queuing is turned on, the following message can occur when attempting a sync. 

No status information is available for the selected profile

Resolution

Note: eSync Queuing became available in 9.0

Do the following on both the sending and receiving servers. 

  1. Stop the Ektron Windows Service. 
  2. If you want sync queuing enabled, open the following 2 files and change value of EnableSyncQueue to true. Otherwise change it to false.

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Ektron\EktronWindowsService40\ Ektron.ASM.EktronServices40.exe.config

  3. Delete the contents of the following folders on both sides. Note that the next sync will likely take longer. 

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Ektron\EktronWindowsService40\cache
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Ektron\EktronWindowsService40\database
    ~\ektsyncstatus

  4. Restart the Ektron Windows Service.
