Install agent
In Opal,
- Go to Agents > Agent Directory.
- Select Email Creation.

Click Install Agent to add it to your Opal instance.
Use
In Opal Chat, enter @email_creation and provide the following details:
- Overview – Overview of what the email is about.
- Target audience – Audience to target the email towards.
- (Optional) Call to action.
To use the Email Creation agent in a workflow agent, drag and drop it into your workflow. See the Configure workflow section in the Create a workflow agent documentation.
