Install agent

Opal Administrators, Agent Builders, and Opal Users with the Add, edit, and install specialized agents  attribute for a custom role can add agents to their organization's Optimizely Opal instance. See Add users and set permissions.

Install the agent from the Opal Agent Directory.

  1. Go to Agents > Agent Directory.
  2. Select Email Subject and Preview Text Generation.

  3. Click Install Agent to add it to your Opal instance.

Use the agent

In Opal Chat, enter @email_subject_preview_text_generation and provide the following information:

  • Email Summary – A brief summary or the full body of the email.
  • (Optional) Brand Tone – The brand tone (such as Professional, Playful, or Bold).
  • (Optional) Audience Pain Point – The problem this email solves.

The agent generates five subject lines and preview text combinations in a canvas, each using a different psychological angle.
