Content Adaption agent

Optimizely Opal's Content Adaption agent helps you repurpose core content by reformatting, rephrasing, and optimizing it for specific platforms such as social media, email, or web pages. It ensures that content adheres to channel best practices, maximizes reuse, maintains a consistent brand voice, and improves engagement across diverse audiences.

Install agent

Opal Administrators, Agent Builders, and users with the Add, edit, and install specialized agents  attribute for a custom role can add agents to their organization's Optimizely Opal instance. See Add users and set permissions.

In Opal,

  1. Go to Agents > Agent Directory.
  2. Select Content Adaption.
  3. Click Install Agent to add the agent to your Opal instance. 

Use

In Opal Chat, enter @content_adaption and provide the following details:

  • Channel – Name of destination channel.
  • (Optional) Document – The source document to convert into adapted content.
  • (Optional) File – Source file to convert into adapted content.
  • (Optional) Content Preferences – Preferences on how you would like your content to be adapted. For example, "add slides to the LinkedIn post", "use a carousel for my Instagram post", or "describe a featured infographic".

To use the Content Adaption agent in a workflow agent, drag and drop it into your workflow. See the Configure workflow section in the Create a workflow agent documentation.

Details

The following are the default details of the Content Adaption agent. After you install the agent in your Opal instance, you can customize these details based on your organization's needs. See Manage agents for instructions.
