FAQ Creation is an Optimizely Opal agent that analyzes content at a provided URL and generates contextually relevant FAQs optimized for AI-powered search.

Prerequisites
If you have the Profound connector tools enabled in your Opal instance, the agent uses them to prioritize FAQ questions based on AI-search demand data.
Without the Profound connector tools, the agent uses Google to find top questions related to the content URL.
Install agent
Install the agent from the Opal Agent Directory.
- Go to Agents > Agent Directory.
- Select FAQ Creation.

Click Install Agent to add it to your Opal instance.
Use the agent
In Opal Chat, enter @FAQ_creation and provide the following details:

URL– URL to the content you want to create the FAQ for.
The agent creates a canvas with an FAQ strategy report and publish-ready FAQ content, including FAQPage schema markup for AI search platforms.
