Content Refresh Analysis agent

  • Updated

The Content Refresh Analysis agent in Optimizely Opal automatically identifies, sorts by last edit date, and helps resolve duplicate and outdated content (in terms of content guidelines as reference) across a website in Content Management System (CMS) SaaS to improve Search Engine Optimization (SEO) performance, site credibility, compliance, and content maintenance efficiency.

Optimizely created the Content Refresh Analysis agent for someone in a highly-regulated industry like legal, compliance, finance, and so on. However, anyone can use the agent if you provide your own file with guidelines.

  • Challenge – Identifying which content on your website is outdated, underperforming, or no longer relevant is difficult. This can lead to a stale user experience, decreased search engine visibility, and inefficient content management.
  • Agent outcome – The agent automatically reviews your website's content, analyzes its compliance and relevance based on a set of guidelines, and generates a prioritized list of content pieces that require attention. This includes suggestions for refreshing, updating, or archiving content.
  • Value – You can maintain a fresh, engaging, and high-performing website with minimal effort. By proactively identifying content that needs improvement, it lets you enhance your site's SEO, improve user engagement, and ensure your content remains valuable and up-to-date for better business outcomes.
