Remove duplicate products in dynamic grids

Email and SMS channels are legacy features and not offered to new customers.  

Instead of showing the same product multiple times, expose your customers to more products.

If multiple products share a parent_product_id, only the first product displays within the content. For example, a template has a grid for cart abandoned products and a second grid for recommended products. If Product A qualifies for both grids, it displays only in the first grid (cart abandonment). If Product B shares the same parent_product_id as Product A, then Product B does not display in either grid.

To display products only once in dynamic grids used in the content:

  1. Go to your campaign's email touchpoint.
  2. Go to the Details tab for the email Container, which displays when you do not have any elements selected in the email editor.
  3. Enable Remove Duplicate Products in the Content Settings section of the Details tab.
