You can submit credit requests for credit card transactions in the Admin Console under Sales > Transactions.
- Go to Sales > Transactions in the Admin Console.
- Click the view icon for the order you want to credit to view the details.
- Click More Options.
- Select Credit. The Submit new Credit transaction window appears.
- Enter the Amount of the credit request. By default, it shows the original order amount.
If the setting Limit Credit Transactions is enabled, you cannot enter a credit amount greater than the order amount.
- Click Submit.
