Brand your login experience

If your organization migrated to Opti ID, you must manage users in Opti ID. See the Opti ID user documentation.

You can customize your Content Marketing Platform (CMP) login page according to your brand guidelines.

Add a logo to your instance

  1. Click your avatar at the top right and select Organization.
  2. Go to the General tab.
  3. Click Change Logo and upload an image to display on the login page.

Set branded URL for the login page

  1. Click your avatar at the top right and select Organization. 
  2. Go to the Custom Domain tab.
  3. Click Add Custom Domain to initiate the setup.
  4. Select Login to add a custom URL.
  5. Enter your preferred Custom Domain and click Save.

An instance can have only one prefix, and you cannot add a prefix that is already in use. Contact support if another instance is wrongfully using your prefix.

Set branded CTA button on the login page

  1. In the Add a New Custom Domain window, select the Customize CTAs checkbox to change the color of the call to action (CTA) buttons and font to match your brand guidelines.
  2. Select a text and background color.
  3. Click Save.

The single sign-on (SSO) CTA is automatically set based on your instance's SSO settings, and the CMP note takes in the name of your instance.
