Integrate Delighted with Optimizely Data Platform (ODP) to leverage Net Promoter Scores (NPS) in your segments or as a trigger for conditional campaign content. This integration syncs data from Delighted to ODP.
Integration features
- Syncs historical NPS that Delighted has received in the past 12 months upon import.
- Syncs new and updated NPS in real time.
- Creates the numeric delighted_nps_score customer profile field, which you can use anywhere you can access customer attributes. For example:
- Segments – Send a message to detractors (customers with delighted_nps_score <=6) about improvements in products or processes.
- Conditional blocks in campaign content – Show a block advertising your affiliate program only to promoters (customers with delighted_nps_score >=9).
Configure the integration
Generate a Delighted API key
- Log in to Delighted and go to Dashboard > Integrations.
- Click API and copy the value for Your API key. You will need this when you enable the integration in ODP.
- Log in to ODP and go to Data Setup > App Directory.
- Select the Delighted app.
- Click Install App.
- Paste the Delighted API key in the Private API Key field of the Authentication section.
- Click Authenticate to test the connection.
Configure a Delighted webhook
- Go to the Configure Delighted Webhook section of the Delighted app in ODP.
- Copy the Delighted Webhook URL value.
- Go to Dashboard > Integrations > Webhooks in Delighted.
- Click Add a new rule.
- Select All responses from the drop-down list and paste your Delighted Webhook URL from the ODP settings form.
- Leave Send unsubscribe notifications cleared.
- Click Save & turn on.
Complete the app settings in ODP
- Go to the Import Historical Scores section of the Delighted app in ODP.
- Click Trigger import to import historical NPS that Delighted has received in the past 12 months.
- Expand the Check Import Progress section and click Check progress to check the progress of the scores imported so far.
