Sync your customer data from FullContact to Optimizely Data Platform (ODP) to identify anonymous website visitors, enrich anonymous, new, and existing customers with actionable insights, and maintain full compliance with customized personally identifiable information (PII) protection through the FullContact Private Identity Cloud.

- Use the FullContact PersonID within ODP to get a single view of individual customers.

Configure the integration
Create a FullContact account
Go to https://platform.fullcontact.com/login and create a free account. You can create multiple accounts, but only one account is associated with your data.
Run the FullContact match test
Perform the following match test to evaluate how well FullContact's identity graph recognizes your customer data:
- Log in to FullContact and go to Match Test > Run a Match Test.
- Click Upload Your File.
- Copy, paste, or upload a CSV file of up to 200,000 customers in the appropriate file format.
- Go to Match Test > All Reports to view the results after the test is completed.
Run the FullContact Customer Recognition Tag test
- Contact FullContact Support so they can set you up with access to do a live test using their Customer Recognition Tag. They will provide you with a custom code snippet to place on your site or tag manager.
Do not use the Generate Tag Key feature on the FullContact Platform, as that code snippet does not integrate with ODP.
- Insert the custom code snippet from the FullContact team on your site or tag manager.
- Send your desired CRM file to FullContact to compare how the tag matches your CRM file. FullContact populates your Private Identity Cloud.
Feed the FullContact Customer Recognition Tag into ODP
To enable the Customer Recognition Tag to feed into ODP, send a request to FullContact Support including the following information:
- Your ODP public API key
- Your ODP Amazon S3 bucket credentials
- Desired customer data sync frequency (one time on startup or on a regular basis)
- A complete Private Identity Cloud (if not loaded during the Customer Recognition Tag test)
- Desired enrichment data, if applicable, with specifications on the enrichment bundles
