Why are recommendations not rendering correctly?

For clients who use the following integration types, the rendering and styling of recommendations is completely controlled on client side.

JavaScript API
Server-to-server API
Episerver Native (Recommendations Nuget package)

If you are experiencing issues with the way recommendations are displayed on site, please raise this with your development team.

Depending on the specific implementation, it is possible that changes have been made which could have a knock-on effect on the recommendation styling. If your implementation is using the information which is sent in the response from Episerver Personalization to render product information such as titles, images, prices and other attributes, then please ensure that the information provided in the Episerver Personalization product catalog feed is up-to-date and correct.
