Ecommerce Workflow Image Not Showing

This article describes steps to take when previewing the Available Workflows under Settings > Commerce > Fulfillment >Order Workflow and no image is present.

There are two primary causes for the workflow image to not appear in the workarea.

1. The MSDTC is not configured on all servers in the environment. 
2. A custom workflow implemented in a previous version was not upgraded and redeployed with a site upgrade.
