If you back out of a database upgrade, then choose site upgrade, the following error occurs:
WARNING! If you have not upgraded your site files, please run the CMS400 Upgrade before running the Database Upgrade.
The installer then provides database installation options that you do not want.
To continue the site update, click Back to go to the beginning of the install.
