When you select Regions or Countries in Targeted Content widget, the drop-down list does not populate.
If your license key does not have an eCommerce modifier, the issue occurs, because eCommerce APIs are used to bring up Region information for the widget.
Contact your account manager and licensing to receive a key with an eCommerce modifier option. Then replace that key in the Settings. Then the widget will function with the Region options.
