Upgrading Ektron causes long install times

Description

The Ektron installer hangs at the point where it copies the WindowsService40 folder because there are numerous large files in the directory.

A feature will be implemented in a future release to clean up the EktronWindowService40 folder. In the meantime, the following can be performed to clean up the EktronWindowService40 folder prior to upgrading/installing the Ektron product.

Deleting the files within the following folders, leaving the folders intact:
- log
- AppliedChanges
- ApplyingChanges
- Database
- DetectingChanges
- SkippedChanges
