Archiving a product removes it from PIM and Optimizely Commerce. An archived product is read-only and must be reactivated to edit them. You can reactive an archived product but not retrieve a deleted product.
- Go to Products.
- Select Show active to view active products.
- Select one or more products.
- Click Archive at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm the archival of selected products.
Set archive schedule
You can set a date and time to archive a product. You can also bulk archive products by importing products with the Deactivate On field populated.
- Go to Products.
- Select Show active.
- Click a product's title in the list to view and edit its record.
- Go to Base Property Group > Deactivate On and click Calendar.
- Select the date and time.
- Click Done.
- Click Save.
