• Group Filters – Added filters to the Group Access page to help you find and manage the groups that are most relevant to you. Filters include Group Type, Product, Instances, and Roles.

• Added the ability to delete users in bulk to both the Users page and the Product Access page > Users tab. This lets you completely remove user accounts from the entire organization (Users page) or from only the specific product and instance you have in context (Product Access page > Users tab).
• Added the ability to remove access in bulk to the Product Access page > Users tab. This lets you remove customized access for users only from the specific product and instance you have in context, leaving them only in the Everyone group, which is an automatically generated group for users.

• Added the ability to export a list of users from the Opti ID Admin Center.
• Updated the Experimentation usage and billing dashboards to include monthly active users (MAUs) by experiment and project.
• Added the ability to customize the navigation URL for your Optimizely Content Management System (CMS) product instance. This is only available for CMS.

• Added the ability to enable billing notifications for Content Marketing Platform (CMP).
• Added Billing Admin and Settings Admin roles to the Opti ID Admin Center, which let you restrict access to only the Usage & Billing or Settings pages.

January

Updated the user interface (UI) of the Opti ID home dashboard (home.optimizely.com), providing a streamlined and intuitive way to access your Optimizely application instances.

• Application instance access

  If you are entitled to only one instance of a product, you directly click the product tile to access it.
  

  For products with multiple instances, click the arrow next to the application icon to display a drop-down list of your entitled instances.
  

• Global application switcher

  The application switcher in the global navigation bar mirrors the entitlements displayed on your dashboard, letting you navigate between your Optimizely applications from the tiles on the home dashboard or the product switcher in the global navigation bar.
  

• Help and resource listings

  The help and resource links from the global bar are now replicated on the home dashboard, providing quick access to commonly used resources and support tools.
  

• Marketing banners

  The dashboard now features marketing banners promoting upcoming events, new resources, and other relevant updates.
