Emulate mode allows you to test campaigns to determine which customers would receive campaign communications on specific days without actually sending live notifications. This helps you to understand the frequency of campaigns based on unusual behaviors or when part of a priority group.
How it works
- Go to Activation > Engage.
- Select the campaign you want to test.
- Toggle Emulate to on in the Touchpoints section.
- Select Go Live to emulate the campaign.
Customers do not receive messages in this simulated campaign. Instead, the campaign's statistics update to show what delivery would look like if the campaign was live without emulation.
