You can use Emulate to test campaigns and determine which customers will receive campaign communications on specific days without sending notifications. This helps you understand the campaign frequency based on unusual behaviors or when a customer is part of a priority group.
How it works
- Go to Activations > Overview.
- Create a campaign or select the campaign you want to test.
- Toggle Emulate on in Touchpoints.
- Click Go Live to emulate the campaign.
Customers do not receive messages in this simulated campaign. Instead, the campaign's data updates to show what the delivery would look like if the campaign was live without emulation.
