Business Analytics EventReporter.GetList() ignores filter by taxonomy

Description

The EventReporter.GetList() API is not filtering by taxonomy. This will affect the Most Popular Widget and the AnalyticList control functions for filtering by Taxonomy.

Resolution

The issue was reported in issue #70375. Updating to 8.61 with the latest Cumulative Update or higher version resolves the issue.
