  • Enhanced Array Field Support – Filter array fields using contains and not contains operators and group by array fields for deeper segmentation (Snowflake only).
  • Updated Home page – Navigate Analytics faster with the redesigned Home page, unified listings, filtering, and sorting.
  • Add dashboard tiles to other dashboards – Create inline beelines directly within an exploration and add each to a dashboard. Add existing dashboard tiles and new segmented explorations as tiles within a dashboard, and reuse and share insights seamlessly. 
  • Fetching event and column metadata from Snowflake – Fetch and auto-populate metadata such as descriptions for datasets, columns, and events from Snowflake.
  • Personal folders – Organize work with personal folders automatically created for each user.

  • Inline display of JSON results – View JSON columns directly within the drop-down list selector in explorations, an improvement from the previous method, where JSON results opened in a separate window. Additionally, users can search for these columns using the search bar within the terminal selection, which will return all matching keys.
  • Rich text support for column, event, and dataset descriptions – Import and display rich text descriptions for columns, datasets, and events from the data warehouse.

  • Rich text tiles in dashboards – Customize dashboard content with rich text tiles that let you customize headers, hyperlinks, text alignment, change text color, add lists, etc.
  • Beelines in event segmentation – Use the Show over time and Drill-down beelines to toggle between showing and aggregating results over time, and delve deeper into the displayed results for more detailed analysis.
  • Improved template editor – Build explorations with the redesigned template editor for greater clarity and usability.
  • New exploration template: Universal Exploration – Perform free-form analysis of data with the new Universal Exploration template – mix metrics, segment by cohorts, and compare periods.
  • Better stage names in funnels – Display meaningful funnel stage names directly on the x-axis. By default, stage names in the chart now represent the events you have selected for that stage.

  • Top 'N' segments in Funnel and Impact templates – Set the number of top segments to display in Funnel and Impact templates.
  • Shortcuts to open features in a new tab – Use Ctrl+Click if you are a Windows user, and Command+Click if you are a Mac OS user​ to open an exploration or any other feature in a new tab.
  • Multi-stage comparison in Funnel – Compare performance between funnel stages using multi-stage comparisons. This feature is available for the % converted between specific stages, the Time between specific stages, and the converted to specific stage measures. When you select one of these measures, two new fields – from and to display, letting you choose the stages you want to compare.
  • Event taxonomy – Organize events in an event stream, allowing for a more efficient and streamlined experience and control which events to display in the event selector inside templates.
  • Collaboration – Collaborate with teammates through comments and mentions in tiles and dashboards.
  • In-chart percentage toggle – Switch between viewing absolute counts and percentages based on the values represented along the x-axis. This feature is accessible on bar charts and line charts.

  • Infinite beelines – Generate infinite beeline tiles with automatic scroll.​ Beelines are no longer created inline and do not have undo/redo buttons to go through them.
  • New chart loaders – Visualize loading status with new chart-specific loaders.
  • Behavioural cohort redesign – Use redesigned Behavioral Cohort UX for better event and terminal selection. The updates are as follows: 
    • Search is possible through all the available lists.
    • Users can collapse and expand all headers, select all, or clear the selection.
    • You will see the selected category at the top when an element is selected.
  • New NetScript functions – Use new NetScript functions: regexp_count, regexp_replace, and strlen in your analysis.
  • New chart type in Retention – Analyze retention trends with the new Breakdown Chart.
  • Chart enhancements: Zoom – Zoom into specific chart regions and reset with a click.
  • Searchable dashboard tiles – Search dashboard tiles by typing in tile names or keywords.
  • Updated app permissions – Grant default write permissions to all users when creating apps.
  • Account management section – Manage account usage using parameters like seat usage, number of applications, number of explorations, and dashboards created.
  • Folder nesting – Move folders into other folders to streamline organization.
  • Chart highlights – Highlight charts during hover to improve visual focus.
