Export orders and subscriptions

You can export orders and subscriptions with Order Management in Optimizely Commerce Connect. The steps to export order or subscription data are the same.

Go to Order Management and select the Orders or Subscriptions tab.

Click Export. The Export list page displays with any files that were previously exported.

This page lets you do the following:

  • Click Export to create an export file.
  • Click Download to download the exported file.
  • Click Delete to delete the file. You can also select multiple files and click Delete.
  • Use the search box to search for exported files by name.

Export data

  1. Click Export. The Export dialog displays.

  2. Enter a File Name. This field is required and cannot contain special characters.
  3. (Optional) Edit the following fields:
    • Date Range – Filter by a date range.
    • Status – Filter by status. You can select multiple options. If you choose Any, that means the system filters for all statuses.
    • Market – Filter by market. You can select multiple options. If you choose Any, that means the system filters for all markets.
    • Site – Filter by site. You can select multiple options. If you choose Any, that means the system filters for all sites.
    • Columns – Select which data to export.
  4. Click Export to export the data to a .csv file. You can download this from the Export page.
