You can filter your campaigns and view the associated metrics based on certain criteria in Optimizely Data Platform (ODP).
Apply filters
You can apply Campaign Status, Groups, Channel, Schedule Type, and Tags filters for the campaigns in Activations > Overview.
Campaign status
Use Campaign Status to review the metrics for campaigns with a specific status.
- Drafts – Campaigns that were started but are not live.
- Active – Live campaigns that are executing touchpoints.
- Paused – Campaigns that were previously live but are now on hold.
- Completed – Campaign that executed all touchpoints and ended.
Groups
Use Groups to review the metrics for campaigns organized into specific groups. You can also use groups to prioritize campaigns when running multiple campaigns simultaneously. See Create and manage campaign groups.
Channel
Use Channels to review the metrics for campaigns sent through specific channels.
- Email – Messages sent from your email service provider (like Optimizely) to a mailbox provider.
- App push – Pop-up mobile notifications. See Create app push notifications.
- Web push – Desktop or mobile notifications. See Create web push notifications and Enable web push notifications.
- Web embed – A call-to-action or form that is embedded into other content. See Manage web embeds.
- Web modal – A call-to-action or form triggered when a customer views specific content. See Manage pop-up modals and forms.
Schedule type
Use Schedule Type to review the metrics for campaigns by their schedule type.
- Continuous – Content sent each time a customer meets the campaign's enrollment segment and rules.
- One-time – Content sent a single time.
- Recurring – Content sent to customers that meet the campaign's enrollment segment and rules daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Triggered – Content sent when a customer triggers an event, such email open, order, and pageview.
One-Time and Automated
Use Schedule Type to compare and contrast the performance of your one-time campaigns to that of your autonomous campaigns. For one-time campaigns, select One-time. For autonomous campaigns, select Continuous, Recurring, and Triggered.
Tags
Use Tags to review the metrics of campaigns using specific tags. You can only see previously created tags.
Create a tag
To create a tag for filtering:
- Go to Activations > Overview.
- Select an existing campaign or create a campaign.
- Click Add Tags.
- Enter your tag and save.
Remove filters
You can remove filters by deleting them, deselecting the filter checkboxes, or clicking Clear All.
