Universal filter

The Universal Filter lets you customize your view and select tabs to see activity differently.

Quick filters

You have the following Quick Filters:

  • Created by Me – Lets you see the campaigns, tasks, and events that you created.
  • Assigned to Me – Lets you see the tasks assigned to you and your name is automatically selected in the Assignees filter.
  • Watched by me – Lets you see the campaigns, tasks, and events on your watch list.

Standard filters

You can select multiple standard filters and filter out your desired campaign, tasks, and events. If you select Created by Me or Assigned to Me filter along with them, you can see the campaigns, events, and tasks created by you or assigned to you across the module. You have the following standard filters:

  • Activity Type – Filter among campaigns, tasks, and events across the module. You can see campaigns, tasks, events, or all of them.

    • Campaigns – See only campaigns across the module. The Campaigns filter applies to the List and Timeline views only.
    • Events – See only events across the module. The Events filter only applies to the List, Calendar, and Timeline views.
    • Milestones – See only campaign milestones.
    • Tasks – See only tasks across the module. Tasks are the only Activity Type filter applicable for all the views. If you select the Created by Me or Assigned to Me filter along with them, you can see the campaigns, events, and tasks created by you or assigned to you across the module.
  • Assignees – Select any user and see the assigned tasks across the module.

  • Campaign – Select specific campaigns to display in your filtered view.

  • Date Range – Select a specific date range and see the campaigns, tasks, and events created or completed within that specific date range.
  • Due Date – See tasks and events that are overdue or are due today, tomorrow, this week, and next week, which helps you figure out the tasks and events that need your immediate attention.
  • Status – Get a complete view of the tasks in different parts of the its lifecycle across the module.

Advanced filters

Advanced filters let you personalize your filters by keeping them specific to your needs and reducing unnecessary clutter. 

Click + Add Filters and select each advanced filter to display. Click Select All to display all advanced filters.

Hover over an advanced filter and click Remove to hide it from your filters. You can re-add the filter by following the previous instructions.

The following advanced filters are available:

  • Creator – See all items a specific user created.
  • Owner – See all items a specific user owns.
  • Watcher – See all items a specific user is watching or following.
  • Date Filters – Filter all items based on when they were created, started, their due dates, when they were finished, and published.
  • Campaign – Filter campaign items by their status.
  • Task – Filter task items by their status, channels, and workflows.
  • Field – Filter items by their fields. What you can filter depends on their Field Type.

    • Dropdown (Multi-Select) and Dropdown (Single) – Lets you filter by the selections.
    • Date – Lets you filter by date, date range, or predefined time.
    • Checkbox – Lets you filter by the selections.
    • Label (Multi-Select) and Label (Single) – Lets you filter by the selections.
    • Radio Button – Lets you filter by the selections.
    Text fields are available by search only. You can type the values of text fields into the search box to return those fields.
