You should allow all subdomains of cmp.optimizely.com, welcomesoftware.com, newscred.com, and s3.amazonaws.com to avoid issues when uploading files.

Images

You can upload the following image formats (non-exhaustive list):

BMP, EPS, GIF, ICNS, ICO, IM, JPEG, JPEG 2000, MSP, PCX, PNG, PPM, SGI, SPIDER, TIFF, WebP, XBM

Optimizely Content Marketing Platform (CMP) converts non-web-safe image formats (other than JPEG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, TIFF, and SVG) to PNG. You can generate JPEG and PNG renditions from TIFF files. See Image renditions.

Videos

You can upload any video format, but CMP transcodes non-web format videos to MP4. Library users can preview the following formatted videos:

WEBM, MP4, OGG

Files

Almost any file that is not virus-infected.
