SEO Metadata Optimization agent

Optimizely Opal's SEO Metadata Optimization agent evaluates a URL for existing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) properties, identifies optimization opportunities, and recommends improvements. This agent improves search visibility and helps you maintain optimized, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)-friendly content at scale.

  • Challenge – Optimizing SEO metadata for content to improve search engine visibility can be difficult.
  • Agent outcome – The agent analyzes existing SEO metadata, identifies areas for improvement, and recommends specific updates or changes to the metadata.

Install agent

Opal Administrators, Agent Builders, and users with the Add, edit, and install specialized agents  attribute for a custom role can add agents to their organization's Optimizely Opal instance. See Add users and set permissions.

Do the following in Opal:

  1. Go to Agents > Agent Directory.
  2. Select SEO Metadata Optimization.
  3. Click Install Agent to add it to your instance.

Use

In Opal Chat, enter @seo_metadata_optimization and provide the following details:

  • URL – The URL to be used for metadata analysis.

To use the SEO Metadata Optimization agent in a workflow agent, drag and drop it into your workflow. See the Configure workflow section in the Create a workflow agent documentation.
