Prerequisites

Install agent

Opal Administrators, Agent Builders, and Opal Users with the Add, edit, and install specialized agents  attribute for a custom role can add agents to their organization's Optimizely Opal instance. See Add users and set permissions.

Install the agent from the Opal Agent Directory.

  1. Go to Agents > Agent Directory.
  2. Select Conductor AI Brand Visibility Report.

  3. Click Install Agent to add the agent to your Opal instance.

Use the agent

In Opal Chat, enter @ai_brand_visibility_report and provide the following details:

  • Time period – The period to report on, for example, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or This month.
  • (Optional) Topics to focus on – Specific tracked topics to filter to. Leave blank to include all configured topics.

The agent delivers a canvas report covering share of voice, engine breakdown across ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity, top topics, sentiment analysis, intent performance, and three prioritized action items.
