Conductor AI Brand Visibility Report agent

Conductor AI Brand Visibility Report delivers a snapshot of your brand's visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. The agent runs in Optimizely Opal and uses Conductor Intelligence data. The report covers share of voice, engine breakdown, top topics, sentiment, and intent performance, then closes with three prioritized actions.

Prerequisites 

Conductor AI Brand Visibility Report requires the following:

Install agent

Opal Administrators, Agent Builders, and users with the Add, edit, and install specialized agents  attribute for a custom role can add agents to their organization's Optimizely Opal instance. See Add users and set permissions.

Install the agent from the Opal Agent Directory.

  1. Go to Agents > Agent Directory.
  2. Select Conductor AI Brand Visibility Report.

  3. Click Install Agent to add the agent to your Opal instance.

Use

In Opal Chat, enter @ai_brand_visibility_report and provide the following details:

  • Time period – The period to report on. For example, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or This month.
  • (Optional) Topics to focus on – Specific tracked topics to filter to. Leave blank to include all configured topics.

To use Conductor AI Brand Visibility Report in a workflow agent, drag and drop it into your workflow. See the Configure workflow section in the Create a workflow agent documentation.
